Marcia A. Lee retired from CB Insurance in 2012. Her insurance career began in Greeley, Colorado and continued at CBS Insurance when she returned to Colorado Springs. Marcia’s area of expertise was with business insurance clients, creating insurance programs focusing on all the coverage needs of a variety of clients such as non-profits, building construction, property owners, schools, financial institutions and manufacturers.Marcia served as treasurer on many non-profit boards including: Leadership Pikes Peak, the Professional Insurance Women of Colorado Springs, Rocky Toppers Camping Club and the New Horizons Band of Colorado Springs. She moved to Colorado Springs with her family in 1967. She is a graduate of Harrison High School and has a B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado in Elementary Education with a minor in Music. Her teaching career began in Greeley, Colorado and took her to Woomera, Australia. She loves to hike, ski, has many hobbies, and participates in several clubs. She is a current member of the New Horizons Band of Colorado Springs where she plays clarinet in the Symphonic Band and the Purple Mountain Clarinets choir.
